Refund policy

We want you to love Glowvale. Every order is covered by our 90-day guarantee, subject to the terms below.

90-Day Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your Solar Santa Wall Projector Light within 90 days of delivery, contact us at alexxgn297@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Most requests are resolved with a refund or replacement once we have reviewed your case. To keep this guarantee fair for everyone, it is limited to one unit per order and subject to the conditions below.

How to Request a Refund

Email us with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to send photos or a short video, or to return the product to us, before a refund or replacement is issued. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. This lets us resolve most cases quickly, usually without needing you to return the item.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 3 business days first — packages are sometimes scanned as delivered slightly early, or left with a neighbor, at a delivery point, or in a mailroom. Also check with others in your household. If it still has not turned up after that, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Returns

Outside of the cases above and the EU cooling-off period below, we may ask that the product be returned to us before a refund is issued; we will provide the return address once your request is approved. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or accidental damage, or dissatisfaction with results caused by not following the product's instructions. We reserve the right to decline a refund or replacement, or to limit future orders, where we identify a pattern of repeated or abusive claims.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at alexxgn297@gmail.com within that period; you will need to return the product to us at your own cost, in the condition you received it. As permitted under EU consumer protection law, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once unsealed, unless the item itself is defective or not as described.
