We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, orders enter our fulfillment process and can no longer be canceled.
Please note that our order processing time is 1–3 business days and shipping typically takes 3–9 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important Conditions

Customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
