SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Lumi Aura reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be modified or canceled.
Our processing time is typically 1–3 business days and shipping times are estimated at 3–9 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or placed with the intent of resale.
Your purchases are subject solely to our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delays do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or compensation.
Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK
We reserve the right to remove reviews or feedback containing offensive language, fraudulent claims, spam, misleading statements, or content unrelated to the purchased product.
SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on the website containing typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to cancel orders if information is inaccurate at any time.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Customers may not abuse refund policies, warranty claims, chargeback systems, or attempt to obtain products without payment.
We reserve the right to refuse future service to customers engaging in abusive, fraudulent, excessive, or suspicious activity.
You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes or engage in conduct that harms Lumi Aura or other customers.

Individual experiences and results with our products may vary.
We do not guarantee that our products will meet every customer's personal expectations or preferences.
All products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumi Aura shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Lumi Aura operates.
