Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lumi Aura is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first contact your local carrier.
Lumi Aura is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Lumi Aura is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be canceled or modified.
